What Satisfies the Cat

For months I cycle out along the river. One day above me, the summer sun catches a Bald Eagle’s white head feathers. It sits near a nest so massive that my friend said you could park a bus in it. Warm fur, squirrels beyond
the window – it’s enough to
satisfy the cat.

New in September 2024!

Starting this September, I’ll be offering a monthly newsletter as another way of keeping in touch. It will link to blog posts but will also offer updates on my fiction books and other writing projects as well as notes on what I’m reading and enjoying. Subscribers to my blog will not be automatically added to this newsletter, so if you have already subscribed to my blog, then please do consider signing up for the newsletter, as well!
